Personal Data Confidentiality
For the proper use of the site we recommend you carefully read them. Kristina Dragomir Millinery company reserves its rights to alter these provisions without prior notification.
 
The present site is maintained and managed by S.C.Kristina Dragomir Millinery S.R.L., J40/6202/2012, CUI 30261970 (legally registered), which we shall hereon call “Company”. The natural person or legal entity who orders and purchases goods via the site www.kristinadragomir.com shall herein be called “Customer”.
The web address which is owned by the Company www.kristinadragomir.com shall be generically called “the site www.kristinadragomir.com “.
All the digital photos, texts, technical data, prices and the rest of the information which is found on the site www.kristinadragomir.com shall be called hereinafter “Content”.

The whole content of the site www.kristinadragomir.com is property of S.C.Kristina Dragomir Millinery S.R.L., company and is protected by Copyright Act (Law no. 8/1996). The use of any of the elements mentioned above without Company’s consent is punishable in accordance with current state legislation (administrative, civil or criminal).
Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to access the site www.kristinadragomir.com using copying devices and software, or to manually copy the content.  Similar companies or sites are also forbidden to read and publish the content in order to draw comparisons or analyze it in any form, without having obtained a prior written agreement.
The photographs and data are used with the supplier’s consent obtained either directly or through it’s legal representatives in Romania.

All the personal data introduced by the buyer shall be used by the Company solely to the purpose declared within the present site. Based on the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 “individual’s consent shall not be asked in the following cases:

b) when processing of the personal data is required for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation from the agent.”
The information in the purchase form is required in order to send and receive an order confirmation, to deliver the purchased goods, to inform customers about current promotions etc, under no circumstances shall any personal data be disclosed to a third party. The company guarantees personal data confidentiality. This data doesn’t physically exist on the servers which run the site www.kristinadragomir.com, it is accessible only to the Company’s authorized personnel via its internal network. Each website user has the right to see only their own personal data introduced on the site.
The site www.kristinadragomir.com uses security measures in case of losing, altering or misuse of the data controlled by the Company. ANY ATTEMPT TO ACCESS OTHER USER’S PERSONAL DATA,  TO ALTER THE CONTENT OF THE SITE www.kristinadragomir.com. OR TO INTERFERE WITH THE WEBSITE SERVER’S PERFORMANCE SHALL BE ACCOUNTED FOR AS FRAUD ATTEMPT ON THE WEBSITE AND WILL LEAD TO LEGAL PURSUIT OF THE ONE OR ONES WHO ARE ATTEMPTING TO DO  SO OR EXPLOITING ANY APPLICATION ERRORS.

Disputes
Any dispute which may appear between Customers and the Company shall be resolved amicably. If the dispute is not settled amicably, it is the Romanian court of justice to resolve the conflict.
Having agreed with the above Terms and Conditions, the customer fully assumes any subsequent risks.
 
Shipping & Return Policy
Delivery and shipping in Romania will be done by using FAN’s courier services (https://www.fancourier.ro/en/) and it takes maximum 48 hours after the package is ready.
All the models of the hats availability on the online platform are made to measure products. They are hand made. After the order has been recorded online, so the preparation of the ordered piece can take between 5 to 10 working days. This term also varies depending on the availability of the material whether or not it’s in stock. The shipping fee of 25 RON will be paid solely by the customer. Worldwide shipping is done via foreign courier delivery services, while the shipping costs are incurred solely by the customer. The shipping period can be checked by phone or e-mail and it varies according to the delivery address. Rates differ depending on the country where the order is being delivered: 30 euros for Europe, 50 euros for the USA and for the rest of the world. One can also choose to use the courier services they have a contract with by selecting the payment via bank transfer. During holidays (Black Friday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter) the delivery process may take longer as per the availability of the courier services. Payment upon delivery is not possible for orders outside Romania. Prices shown on the website www.kristinadragomir.com include VAT. Invoices issued by S.C.Kristina Dragomir Millinery S.R.L. include shipping fees.
 
Before placing any orders, we recommend that you carefully check the characteristics of the product to make sure that they match your requirements. The product description page will provide you with all the necessary information. We specify that hats are made of natural leather or hand-woven natural materials, so they can have small imperfections.

S. C. Kristina Dragomir Millinery S.R.L. WE DO NOT accept the return of ordered products because these products are not imported and are not in stock. They will be handmade after your order and being considered customized. If you are not very committed to the order, please do not register it because it is NOT possible to return the product except in exceptional circumstances or just in the unpleasant situation in which you received a product other than the one you ordered. Then you can return it, provided the hat is not used with the label intact and in it’s original package. The shipping costs in this case will be covered entirely by S.C.Kristina Dragomir Millinery S.R.L. and the terms of return of the product will apply to both customers in Romania and abroad. Returning money, excluding shipping charges, will be made only by bank transfer and only in the buyer's personal account within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. In this situation, we will need the following valid customer data: name, surname, bank account and personal identification number. The shipping costs for returned goods are covered entirely by the Client.
 
How do I buy?
Browse the site, study the products and prices, and then before you add them to your shopping cart click on the measurements table underneath the price. The measure of your head is very IMPORTANT! From your shopping basket you can change the selected goods, delete products or empty the basket.
You can settle you order by pressing the “checkout” button or the basket icon from the top right corner of the page. Here you can fill in the purchase form by adding your information (surname/name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address) and then choose a payment method. Your information is confidential and will not be made public. All fields are compulsory for registration.

For the products purchased on www.kristinadragomir.com the following payment methods are available:

The answer is yes. You just need to check the “legal entity” box in the personal data section and fill in the required tax fields.
